Clear Point Recruitment are delighted to be working with a n ethical and proactive energy consultancy based in Durham. They are a relatively new consultancy but are making waves in the extremely strong North East market. They are a professional, employee driven business that are currently expanding rapidly.

I am currently recruiting for Lead Generators as part of their current expansion.

Competitive salary + uncapped commission. OTE £30-60k.

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, full time, permanent role. Ongoing training and support given.

These roles present a great sales opportunity within an energetic and highly successful business and working environment.

As an Energy Consultant, you will be making outbound B2B, sourcing and generating new business. You will be working to KPI’s and rewarded with an uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE £60K+).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong, resilient telephone manner.
• Strong B2B Sales background, ideally within the energy sector

• Identifying and prospect new business
• Client account management
• Hitting KPI’s and targets
• Accurate recording of sales info & customer details
• Strong work ethic

• Excellent salary, negotiable on experience

• Will be a resilient, determined and highly driven sales professional
• Will have a minimum of 12 months experience, B2B
• Have experience of the energy sector
• Have knowledge of the energy market and experience of working in a similar role is essential
