Internal Sales Executive - Industrial Electrical

Known for exceptional customer service and long-term investment in its people, the business offers genuine opportunities to develop and progress.The RoleAs an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting existing customers while helping to grow the branch's sales.

You will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, by email and on the trade counter
• Advise customers on the best products and solutions for their requirements
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on enquiries
• Represent the business in a professional and confident manner

RequirementsWe're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service. You'll ideally have:

• Sales experience within industrial electrical wholesale, or a background in industrial or electrical products with a strong commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive approach and confident telephone manner
• The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a busy environment
