Social Welfare Adviser

As a Social Welfare Contact Centre Adviser, you will join one of our teams providing social welfare advice to local residents. Y ou will play a key role in our mission to promote equality and social change.

You will handle inquiries primarily through phone contact offering tailored advice on a wide range of social welfare issues including welfare benefits, employment, money advice, community care, energy, and housing. We are seeking someone with experience in advising on complex issues. We will provide you with training so you are able to gain the knowledge you will require to excel in this role.

Your commitment to our charity’s values will be vital in providing the best possible support to our clients.

Suitable candidates will be invited to a meet the team day experiencing first hand what we do! I f you have the skills to provide exceptional advice and support through various channels we would love to find out what you would bring to the role.

START DATE: 10th August 2026

HOURS: Full time/Part time will be considered. Hours worked Monday - Sunday to support 7-day service
