Changing Lives is seeking sessional Project Workers to support seven young people’s accommodation services across Tyneside. You will deliver flexible, person-centred support to 16–25 year olds, assisting with housing management, safeguarding, risk assessment and referral processes.
You will contribute to maintaining accommodation stability, wellbeing and progress toward independence, working in a diverse, mission-driven team in partnership with Brook Street Social Care.
