Changing Lives is seeking a Peripatetic Project Worker to provide flexible, responsive support across seven young people’s supported accommodation services, ensuring continuity during leave, sickness, vacancies, and training. You will work with young people to maintain accommodation, improve wellbeing, and foster independence.
You will travel to different North East services and be prepared to work across a 24/7 rota, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, to meet service needs.
