What you will do
  • Chair Child Protection Conferences and Looked After Reviews, with a focus on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Provide independent oversight to ensure care plans are appropriate, achievable, and effectively meet the needs of children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with social workers, families, and multi-agency partners to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and statutory guidance.
  • Maintain accurate case records and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and service improvement.
