Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join the Kinship team in Gateshead. You will assess, support, and supervise kinship carers to ensure safe, stable, nurturing environments for children.
You will provide leadership within the team and uphold best practice across kinship work. You will collaborate with families and partner agencies, support colleagues through mentoring, and prepare assessments and court reports within required timescales.
