Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver (Counterbalance & Reach)

Team Valley, Gateshead Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences for an established distribution warehouse based in Team Valley, Gateshead. This is a temporary ongoing position with no fixed end date , offering the opportunity to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate . Working Hours Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm £13.50 per hour Weekend overtime available and paid at time and a half Duties Operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.

Loading and unloading vehicles. Moving stock around the warehouse and replenishing picking locations. Picking, packing and preparing customer orders. General warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets. Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential). Valid Reach FLT licence (essential). Previous warehouse experience. A flexible and reliable approach to work.

Willingness to work overtime when required. Good attention to detail and a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
