As a Relationship Banker, you will hold a key position within our bank, responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, opening and managing accounts, and driving business growth through referrals to various sales departments. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and expanding the bank's client base.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
- Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments while processing a wide range of banking transactions.
- Open and service various types of checking and savings accounts, documenting all services completed.
- Hold conversations with customers to understand their current and future financial needs and identify opportunities to make product recommendations.
- Provide exceptional service through our SWARM Banking approach, greeting customers by name as they walk into our lobbies.
- Help build the business by contributing toward monthly sales and service metrics.
- Refer customers to specialized departments such as mortgage, wealth management, and insurance.
- Onboard new customers through follow-up routines to ensure successful use of our products.
- Utilize technology to educate customers on our full range of digital banking, being a point of contact for technical issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Banking knowledge: familiarity with banking operations, procedures, and financial products.

- High School diploma required.
- 4‑year degree strongly preferred.
- 3 years of cash handling experience strongly preferred.
- 2 years of retail banking experience strongly preferred.
- 3‑5 years of customer service or sales experience required.
- Experience in opening accounts for Small Business customers.
Hours will vary depending on the assigned location. Consistent weekend availability on Saturdays during the hours of 8:30 am – 1:00 pm.
