• Assist with routine maintenance tasks throughout the hospital facility
• Conduct repairs on equipment, furniture, and fixtures as needed
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
• Help ensure cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas
• Support the maintenance team during larger projects or renovations
• Respond to maintenance requests from hospital staff in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in maintenance preferred.
• Previous experience in maintaining commercial buildings and equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow detailed instructions.
• Capability to work effectively with diverse individuals, including staff, residents, and the public.
