Brief Description

Coryell Health Specialty Medical Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality health care under the guidance of experienced physicians. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care activities including vital signs monitoring, administering medications, and giving injections.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
  • Process refill requests and assist in scheduling appointments and EKGs.
  • Support the physician in non-direct care tasks such as documentation and coordination.
  • Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Certified Medical Assistant in the State of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Preferably one year of experience in orthopedic or medical settings.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy.
