Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms and common areas to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
- Manage and properly utilize cleaning supplies and equipment while maintaining the appearance of housekeeping areas.
- Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations as needed.
- Follow written and oral instructions for mixing cleaning compounds and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- High school education or equivalent experience; minimum of an 8th-grade education required.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions while following directions.
- Must demonstrate tact and professionalism when interacting with residents, families, and staff.
- Capable of lifting and moving a minimum of 25 pounds and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
