Position: Accounts Payable Specialist Role Overview
Become an essential part of our finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, processing invoices and expense claims under company policies. Work with internal clients for seamless payment operations.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be integral in ensuring all invoices are processed accurately.

Your role involves leveraging available tools like Basware to monitor workflows, ensure compliance, and manage payments effectively. A keen attention to detail and affinity for financial processes is essential as you handle various payment methods and resolve disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor invoices for accurate data entry in ERP system

• Confirm matching of invoices with receipts and purchase orders

• Route invoices without purchase orders to appropriate departments

• Prepare payments including Wire, EFT/ACH, and V-Card

• Resolve billing disputes and manage payment issues

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills in invoice processing

• Experience with Basware or similar AP applications

• Detail-oriented with a compliance-focused mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving skills for billing disputes
