In this senior position, you will oversee all aspects of the monthly accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely closure. Working closely with the Business Services Group Finance Team, you'll develop strong relationships internally while supervising and mentoring other accountants. Your analytical skills will contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and resolving complex accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the accounting for assigned companies and foster stakeholder relationships

• Review forecasting and budgeting processes with in-depth variance analysis

• Supervise and coach accounting team members for improved performance

• Prepare analysis and reports for complex accounting issues

• Support audit teams with quarterly and year-end preparations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in full-cycle accounting

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent experience

• CPA designation or CFE scheduled within 12 months

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Experience with financial systems like IFS and Blackline
