In this position, you'll collaborate with the Accounting team to perform various crucial accounting tasks, such as managing journals, facilitating financial close processes, and preparing financial reporting packages. Your skills in journal entry preparation and ledger reconciliation will play a critical role in driving accurate financial reporting and compliance. Strong organizational skills are essential to thrive under tight deadlines and competing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close tasks

• Analyze accounting reconciliations and intercompany balances

• Maintain schedules for property, plant, and equipment (PPE)

• Assist with budget preparations and audits

• Propose and design process improvements

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Active CPA designation or scheduled CFE exam

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Flexibility for additional hours during peak financial periods
