This key role in the Business Services Group will be responsible for managing the monthly accounting cycle, contributing to budgeting and forecasting, and supervising other accountants. You'll take charge of financial reporting packages while ensuring compliance and best practices in all financial operations. In addition, your efforts will support ongoing process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for assigned companies' accounting

• Conduct variance analysis for budgeting and forecasting processes

• Mentor junior accountants to enhance team efficiency

• Analyze complex accounting issues and present findings

• Assist audit teams during monthly and annual audits

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field

• CPA or eligible for CFE examination

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with financial systems including IFS and One Stream
