This role combines core accounting functions, customer receivables management, and payroll tasks, all reporting to the VP of Finance. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen interest in leveraging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bank transactions and reconciliations

• Handle customer invoicing and payment processing

• Prepare payroll across two or three entities

• Assist with month-end journal entries and reporting

• Oversee compliance with sales tax regulations in the U.S. and Canada

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline

• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition

• Experience in small company settings

• Exceptional detail orientation and multitasking capabilities

• Ability to learn AI tools quickly
