Position: Financial Reporting Leader at True Classic
Become the financial backbone of True Classic as an Assistant Controller based in Calabasas, California. This role focuses on leading accounting operations and ensuring precise financial reporting.

As an essential member of the team, you will oversee journal entries, monthly closing cycles, and compliance with internal controls. This position is designed for a detail-oriented and execution-driven professional enthusiastic about driving efficiency and improvement across accounting processes. Your leadership will directly impact inventory accounting across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes

• Maintain general ledger and financial accuracy

• Directly manage Accounts Payable and Receivable teams

• Ensure timely compliance with regulations and audit readiness

• Support financial reporting and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of accounting with supervisory experience

• Strong inventory accounting and cost analysis background

• Hands-on experience with Net Suite systems

• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• CPA designation preferred
