Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for accounting simplification and automation
• Enhance the quality and speed of the financial close
• Manage accounting accuracy across multiple entities
• Direct audit processes and enforce SOX compliance
• Facilitate data-driven insights for senior leadership
Requirements:
• Canadian CPA or similar international designation
• Over 5 years of accounting experience in large setups
• 2+ years of team development and mentorship
• Proficient in IFRS, GAAP, and audit processes
• Experience with automation projects highly advantageous
