As the Director of Accounting, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing an innovative accounting function for a multi-entity business. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, you will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and the seamless integration of an ERP system. This role seeks a proactive leader who can cultivate a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the accounting operating model and team capabilities

• Lead the transition of accounting responsibilities efficiently

• Ensure effective month-end and year-end close processes

• Provide guidance on complex accounting matters

• Deliver insights and reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in transforming accounting functions

• Strong finance project leadership skills

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP

• Experience in public company environments

• Proven ability to nurture talent and influence stakeholders
