About the Role  We are looking for Canadian CPAs that are proactive problem-solvers who bring sound judgment, build momentum, and have an ownership mindset. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting, the Manager will be responsible for leading a team of accounting professionals to produce reliable, decision-ready financial information and insights for a broad portfolio of companies. The role combines people leadership and technical accounting judgment with accountability for financial reporting integrity, operational scalability, and stakeholder outcomes.

Key Responsibilities  Continuous Improvement and Transformation   Execution of accounting transformation initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, and AI-enabled automation.
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, driving automation across all accounting workflows and elevating close quality, speed, and audit readiness.
Participate in financial integration and disposition accounting during acquisitions and capital recycling initiatives, establishing scalable standards for long-term growth.
Day-to-day Activities   Support complex accounting operations, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness across multiple entity trial balances.
Drive a disciplined, predictable, and accelerated close cycle.
Support on complex IFRS and U.S. GAAP accounting judgments and company policies.
Participate extensively in external audits and SOX compliance including leading the team through audit readiness and execution and management of SOX controls.
Contribute to delivering actionable financial insights to senior management to support critical business decisions.
