Gatineau Construction Project Administrator

We are on the lookout for a proficient Project Administrator with commercial construction experience, particularly within general contracting. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to operate with minimal supervision. You will facilitate project accuracy from initiation through to close-out while working closely with the project manager and construction team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage project documentation files
• Prepare schedules of values and issue purchase orders
• Submit all required upfront documents for projects
• Manage project documentation such as RFIs and change orders
• Support administrative needs throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
• Proficiency in PC and email applications
• Background in construction management software
• Valid G class or Class 5 license necessary
• Conversational French skills are advantageous
• Attention to detail and collaborative mindset are essential
