In this role, you will be vital in supporting the general manager and caisse managers, managing their schedules and communications. With a focus on coordination, you will prepare for various meetings and assist in logistics for company events, ensuring smooth internal operations. Keeping management informed through effective documentation will also be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, phone calls, and emails for the management team
• Coordinate file delivery to various committees
• Attend meetings and take minutes for follow-up
• Organize logistics for company events and training
• Support internal communications and meetings
Requirements:
• Trade school diploma in a related field
• Minimum of two years relevant experience
• Fluent in French spelling and grammar
• Understanding of financial services cooperatives
• Available for five days per week, no evenings
