Northern Primrose is looking for an Entry Level Virtual Executive Assistant to start in October 2026. We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, communicate clearly, and grow through feedback. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable supporting fast-moving clients with professionalism and care.

Must be available to work 100% remote and within the 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time window.
You’ll work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40, excluding breaks, to qualify for benefits.

What You’ll Do:You’ll support clients and internal operations across a range of administrative, organizational, and process-driven work.
Client Support- Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization
- Support meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Update tasks and projects in platforms like Click Up, Asana, or
- Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation
- Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination
- Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams
- Assist Northern Primrose leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation
- Keep internal tasks updated in Click Up
- Help improve internal processes and workflows
- Participate in training and ongoing development
You’ll work in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Click Up, Quickbooks, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms. You do not need to know every tool today, but you should be comfortable learning new systems quickly.

Here’s what to expect after you apply.
- $23/hour (with a structured four-level growth path within the company)
- Flexible PTO at 6% of the hours you work. You can use it for vacation, sick days, personal time, or mental health, your choice.
- $1,600 HSA after probation, prorated as applicable
