In this strategic role, you’ll support the Population Health and Clinical Operations Executive in California. Responsibilities include managing departmental opportunities, coordinating action plans, and reporting on progress. You will facilitate executive communications, oversee staff meeting agendas, and support change management activities across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify departmental opportunities and develop action plans
• Coordinate with business leads and monitor progress
• Prepare and organize Executive staff meetings
• Manage agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings
• Develop presentations and ensure alignment of key messages
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of healthcare financial analysis and planning
• Experience in business planning and project management
• Knowledge of managed care strongly preferred
• MBA or MHA is a major plus
