Asphalt Specialists is seeking Asphalt Laborers with experience to join our paving crew. Successful candidates will work from April to November on various projects such as roads, driveways, and parking lots. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute asphalt materials effectively using rakes

• Match and finish asphalt paving joints for quality results

• Lift up to 75 lbs for various tasks

• Perform hand tamping where machinery cannot reach

• Ensure all equipment is ready and safe to use

Requirements:

• Experience with asphalt or construction labor preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to follow directions from the Foreman

• Must attend safety training and toolbox meetings

• Compliance with safety procedures is essential
