Principal Site Construction Manager - Mining & Minerals

At Ausenco, we are redefining project delivery for mining and minerals, and we are looking for an experienced leader to oversee critical construction phases. With a minimum of 15 years in civil construction supervision, you will manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently. Your expertise in mineral processing infrastructure will be pivotal in navigating both brownfield and greenfield environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on-site construction activities for process plant projects
• Ensure compliance with designs, quality standards, and schedules
• Oversee subcontractor and construction team performance
• Drive safety culture and ensure HSE compliance
• Monitor project milestones, productivity, and budgets
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in civil construction supervision
• Trade qualification or degree in related fields
• Extensive mining and minerals construction experience
• Proven leadership in diverse project environments
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and commissioning processes
