In this position, you will oversee project change orders and negotiate with subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution. Understanding the financial aspects, you'll communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and prepare Change Orders through detailed pricing reviews
• Completely level subcontractor proposals and identify discrepancies
• Manage procurement for long-lead items effectively
• Track and update Schedule of Events (SOE) and milestones
• Mentor Project Engineers and Coordinate closely with Superintendents
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
• Solid grasp of project budget impacts and sequencing
• Effective multitasking and leadership skills under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Support seamless construction management processes as an Assistant Project Manager with JRM, enhancing team performance and project outcomes.
