As a Senior Manager, you'll report to the Senior Director and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with regulations. This role requires deep expertise in project management methodologies, vendor performance management, and risk mitigation. You will establish and maintain standards while overseeing construction governance and collaborating with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce policies for project delivery
• Define technical, quality, and safety standards
• Oversee creation of standardized contract templates
• Establish KPIs for vendor performance management
• Provide guidance on engineering and emerging technologies
Requirements:
• University degree in construction management
• 7+ years of real estate experience
• Knowledge of cost estimating and scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing third-party partner performance
