Aecon is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives in the nuclear sector. This critical role within the Continuous Improvement team focuses on implementing Lean Construction tools to achieve exceptional project results. Candidates will oversee CI program elements and facilitate training initiatives to foster continuous development across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement core CI program elements effectively

• Facilitate lean training across projects and organization

• Manage project-specific Continuous Improvement teams

• Oversee schedule and tasks for CI initiatives

• Support analysis on proposed improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration

• Certified Lean Greenbelt;
Black Belt preferred

• 5+ years in lean construction experience

• Proven project management or coordination experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills
