Fedorowich Construction Ltd. seeks an experienced Finish Grader Operator for seasonal full-time work. This role entails operating graders to precisely prepare job sites.

As a Finish Grader Operator, your main responsibilities will include working under the Base Crew Supervisor and employing safe practices while managing various grading operations. You will engage in leveling roads and efficiently managing materials to ensure optimal drainage and job site readiness. If you thrive in outdoor environments and can adapt to new challenges, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Level and prepare roads for proper drainage using a grader

• Assist in digging out and back filling tasks

• Operate equipment while adhering to safety protocols

• Work on-site 5-6 days per week during the season

• Manage material distribution effectively across job sites

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating relevant machinery preferred

• Must possess a valid Class 5 license

• G endorsement is advantageous

• Must be reliable and adaptable

• Willingness to work outdoors
