We are looking for experienced Asphalt Laborers to work from April to November on a variety of asphalt projects, including roads and driveways. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. You'll be part of a team dedicated to quality and safety on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate equipment for safety before use

• Rake asphalt materials to ensure proper distribution

• Finish joints to achieve a smooth surface

• Manage lifting tasks, including up to 75 lbs

• Participate in weekly safety meetings with the crew

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or asphalt preferable

• Valid driver’s license is essential

• Ability to follow Foreman’s instructions clearly

• Attendance at required safety classes

• Perform various general labor duties as needed
