Fowler Construction seeks licensed AZ or DZ drivers for winter highway maintenance. This position focuses on operating snow plow units while performing essential inspections and records maintenance. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate spreader, plow wing, or combo units
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain winter operations records
• Operate heavy equipment like loaders and skid steers
• Communicate efficiently with supervisors and team members
• Report incidents or traffic violations promptly
Requirements:
• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with clean CVOR
• Highway maintenance experience is an asset
• Commitment to personal and team safety
• Ability to self-load and follow instructions
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working independently
