Fidelity is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to drive the success of infrastructure projects. You'll assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and project closeout while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position demands proficiency in documenting, scheduling, and maintaining accurate project records while fostering communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in project planning and execution

• Coordinate critical project documentation and correspondence

• Track schedules to meet deadlines and milestones

• Liaise with subcontractors and clients for clear communication

• Support procurement by tracking deliveries and issuing orders

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or related field

• 1–3 years in heavy civil construction or infrastructure projects

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and specifications

• Familiarity with project management software is an asset

• Valid Class G driver’s license and willingness to travel
