Job SummaryAt TD Canada Trust, you will perform a broad range of customer service transactions, provide information and advice on TD services, build strong customer relationships, and ensure a positive experience. You will act as a front‑line representative, promoting banking solutions while maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment.
In This Role, You Will- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to established procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct.
- Understand and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions while ensuring confidentiality.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating when necessary.
- Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
- Offer clear advice on banking solutions and procedures to customers.
- Support a diverse, equitable workplace by fostering teamwork and personal development.
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping everyone updated on routine tasks.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where possible.
- High School diploma and / or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Go‑getter attitude with initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail across competing priorities.
- Dynamic communicator with strong customer‑experience skills; capable of verbal and written communication.
