This role focuses on interacting with guests and enhancing their experience during the Fall Rhapsody weekend program. You'll work at various locations in the park, offering insights about attractions, activities, and services. Your bilingual communication skills will play a crucial part in ensuring visitors enjoy their time in the park.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and inform them about Fall Rhapsody activities
• Provide guidance on road closures and park navigation
• Assist with inquiries and visitor information requests
• Collect feedback and comments from park attendees
• Suggest improvements for events and educational programs
Requirements:
• Completed secondary education
• Enrolled in a post-secondary program by Fall 2025
• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• Previous experience in customer service or tourism
• Knowledge of Gatineau Park and the National Capital Region
