Less Host dedicated to providing exceptional customer interaction while ensuring club cleanliness. Your friendly demeanor helps foster a welcoming environment for all members.

In this role, you'll ensure a clean and safe environment for all club users while delivering outstanding customer service. You will complete daily cleaning tasks, promote memberships, and assist with member access to automated amenities. Strong communication skills are vital for welcoming members and addressing any concerns collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cleanliness tasks following guidelines

• Welcome members with friendly greetings and farewells

• Assist guests with membership inquiries and processes

• Promote black card memberships and amenities effectively

• Report deficiencies to management for prompt resolution

Requirements:

• High School diploma or in process of completion

• One year of teamwork/volunteer experience preferred

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• WHMIS training

• Stress management and time efficiency skills
