Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (English/French) – Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)
Your missionThe Partner Growth Specialist is the main contact for a portfolio of partner stores, working closely with them to resolve issues, improve performance, and build strong relationships that keep partners happy and continuously innovate their food waste solutions. The role focuses on partner relationship building, retention, and using data analysis to deliver excellent service across the entire partner journey.
Your role Responsibilities + Duties- Drive store portfolio success through phone, email, and text communication, optimizing store operations and proactively enhancing the partner experience.
- Build strong relationships by understanding partner priorities and serving as a subject‑matter expert, identifying opportunities to increase supply and meals saved.
- Manage store retention cases, proactively intervening in at‑risk accounts to resolve issues, prevent churn, and maintain healthy partnerships.
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of internal tools such as Looker, Salesforce, Ninja, and MyStore.
- Contribute meaningfully to projects focused on improving key KPIs, completing call lists and campaign actions in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Care Team on specific cases as a partner advocate to continuously improve user experience and education.
- Be a team player: offer coverage for other partner managers, assist with projects, and occasionally host weekly team meetings.
- Bilingual or business proficiency in French.
- Experience in a B2B client‑facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with partners over the phone and in written correspondence.
- Empathetic, patient, and proactive mindset.
- Autonomous and independent, able to schedule time and juggle multiple tasks.
- A team‑player who is keen to learn, collaborate, and share ideas.
- General knowledge of the food and/or hospitality industry.
- General knowledge of tech marketplace/SAAS customer success principles.

Base salary range: CAD 55,000 – CAD 60,000 annually, with variation based on experience and language skills. Total compensation will vary.
