Position: Manager of Customer Success for Mid-Market
Shape the future of customer success at Spellbook as the Manager of Mid-Market Customer Success, working remotely. You will lead a dedicated team to build meaningful customer relationships and drive long-term satisfaction.

In this dynamic, full-time role, you will oversee a team of approximately eight Customer Success Managers. Your mission will be to guide their journey from onboarding through renewals by creating effective strategies and fostering a collaborative culture. You're expected to operate decisively in a fast-paced startup environment while nurturing a supportive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of Mid-Market CSMs

• Conduct strategic 1:1s focusing on career development

• Organize bi-weekly coaching sessions for skill advancement

• Provide support on customer calls during escalations

• Drive team performance to achieve strong portfolio outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years managing high-growth SaaS CSM teams

• Proven success in driving customer retention and renewals

• Experience in quickly onboarding new team members

• Strong understanding of proactive customer management

• Outstanding communication skills in a remote-first setting
