SaaS Customer Support Specialist

Support Texada customers remotely from Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia using troubleshooting and clear communication skills. Work Eastern Time afternoons and evenings.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support customers across North American West Coast, Australia, and New Zealand markets. Use ticketing systems, phone, email, and virtual meetings to assist business processes through Texada applications. Heavy equipment dealership or rental experience is valued.

• Communicate with customers through tickets, phone, email, and meetings
• Troubleshoot application issues and determine appropriate next steps
• Coach customers on effective software use
• Coordinate urgent incidents and communicate customer updates
• Create training documentation and knowledge articles

• Minimum two years of SaaS support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience solving complex or lengthy customer issues
• Proficiency using AI tools for content and workflow efficiency
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, Jira, or knowledge bases
