In this role, you will work closely with the Series Training Manager to analyze project requirements and prepare training activities. Your contributions will include developing training documentation, tracking progress, and collaborating with construction teams to align training and project execution. With a focus on quality and safety, you'll optimize training delivery for optimal impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate development phases of training programs
• Collect OPEX and lessons learned for training improvement
• Liaise with project stakeholders to optimize execution plans
• Support onsite training initiatives and data collection
• Report training outcomes to management
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Coordination experience in industrial settings
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva is advantageous
Lead training projects effectively to ensure safety and operational readiness at Bruce Power.
