Drive training initiatives at Amazon UK Services Ltd as a Learning Manager. Focus on safety compliance and process training in a high-energy fulfilment centre environment.

As a leader within the Fulfilment Centre, the Learning Manager addresses the learning needs of employees by managing comprehensive training programs. You will work closely with a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist, collaborating with European Learning Teams to prioritize effective training solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team of Trainers and Learning Experts

• Manage training programs from needs analysis to execution

• Foster relationships with other EU Learning Teams

• Develop and evaluate training initiatives with senior leaders

• Address coaching needs for quality and productivity

Requirements:

• Experience managing projects and teams

• Strong background in training program management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related disciplines

• Experience in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred

• Excellent coaching and feedback skills
