This role supports the Program Management team by developing and overseeing Integrated Master Schedules critical to timely project delivery. Your analytical skills will facilitate variance assessments and resource impact evaluations. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to maintain schedule integrity and proactively manage risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules for complex projects
• Perform schedule variance and resource analysis
• Coordinate with teams to resolve scheduling challenges
• Identify and communicate project dependencies and risks
• Support overall program governance and risk processes
Requirements:
• Technical degree/diploma required
• 3+ years in scheduling within electronics/defense sectors
• Strong MS Project experience is a must
• Must attain NATO Secret security clearance
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
