* Buildability and production workflows
* EPLAN experience required (AutoCAD Electrical is a plus)
* Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing is an asset
* Background in DFM, BOMs, and work instructions preferred
What You’ll Bring
* Hands-on, detail-oriented approach
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Clear communication and teamwork
* Comfort working closely with production teams
Compensation & Benefits* $100,000 – $120,000 base salary

* Paid time off and team events
Why This Role You’ll be part of a team focused on improving how engineering and production work together. Your work will have a direct impact on how products are built, with a clear focus on quality, efficiency, and execution.
Apply
* If you enjoy hands-on design work and want to be close to how things are actually built, we’d be glad to connect.
