As part of the management team, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and serve as the primary technical resource. Your leadership will be vital in driving maintenance efforts and implementing innovative engineering solutions. You'll focus on aligning operations with corporate engineering directives to maximize productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance teams and technical initiatives
• Prepare specifications and manage engineering contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Collaborate on capital investment requests for equipment
• Analyze and address operational downtimes effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of GFSI/BRC, GMP, and HACCP
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
