Join as an Expert CMMS Systems Specialist, dedicated to enhancing maintenance practices through reliable system management and data optimization. Support cross-functional teams in adopting best practices for operational success.
In this key role, you’ll ensure the continuous evolution of CMMS and oversee the implementation of standards across maintenance operations. Your expertise will translate into actionable insights through data analysis, driving performance and compliance within the organization. Facilitate engagement between teams and provide the necessary training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Structure and improve Websynco for better alignment
• Guide CMMS implementation and user training
• Define and monitor KPIs for maintenance practices
• Identify risks and lead performance improvement plans
• Act as key contact for strategic user support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related area
• At least 3 years of relevant CMMS experience
• Expertise in data management and analysis tools
• Bilingual in French and English for effective support
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
