This key role involves directing all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, emphasizing safety and regulatory compliance. Successful candidates will work closely with clients, consultants, and crew members to guarantee project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to drive team performance and achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all project phases from start to finish
• Develop project schedules and budget forecasts
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
• Mentor and support junior project personnel
Requirements:
• 5+ years in heavy civil project management
• Experience with Ontario public-sector clients
• Proficient in contract management and scheduling
• Knowledge of OPSS/OPSD and MTO standards
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
