Position: Operator for Water & Wastewater Systems

In this permanent position, you will utilize your Class 1 certifications to operate and maintain vital facilities. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, managing emergency situations, and effectively communicating with team members, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate wastewater and water treatment facilities

• Interpret maintenance manuals and technical specifications

• Conduct sampling and process control adjustments

• Document operational activities and maintain accurate logs

• Assist in emergency responses and on-call situations

Requirements:

• Class 1 Wastewater/Water Treatment certifications

• Valid Class G driver’s license required

• Strong analytical and planning skills

• Ability to handle required manual labor

• Familiarity with maintenance management systems an asset
