In this Designer role, you will report to the Manager of Design, with a focus on creating accurate and complex design layouts. Drawing from your 6-8 years of experience in mechanical or electrical technology, you will ensure adherence to engineering principles while leading your projects to completion. Collaborating with various teams will also be key to aligning designs with manufacturing and installation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate engineering application for project objectives

• Schedule work and monitor progress, addressing delays

• Develop design concepts and prepare final layouts

• Validate technical quality of designs and corrections

• Train staff on drafting practices and improve methods

Requirements:

• Technologist Diploma with 6-8 years experience

• Proficient in Solidworks and AutoCAD

• Strong ability in resolving complex design issues

• Knowledge of relevant products and processes

• Excellent communication and technical judgment skills
