Key Responsibilities:

• Pioneer new techniques in failure analysis methodologies

• Perform advanced mechanical and chemical de-processing on IC devices

• Apply high-resolution imaging and nanoscale analysis techniques

• Lead critical root-cause investigations impacting performance and reliability

• Support engineering teams with precise characterization data

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in semiconductor IC fabrication

• Proven experience with precision sample preparation

• Hands-on knowledge of advanced microscopy techniques

• Strong system-level failure analysis skills

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with at least 8 years of experience
